What can you achieve?
emWave2® provides heart rhythm feedback and training in real time to help you shift to a positive emotional state in a moment. As a hand held device, you can use it at anytime. Then, connect it to your computer for new sessions, games and access to the HeartCloud. HeartMath® technology is an innovative approach to improving emotional wellbeing. Learn to change your heart rhythm pattern to create physiological coherence; a scientifically measurable state characterized by increased order and harmony in our mind, emotions and body.
Observe your heart rhythm (HRV) which reflects your level of inner balance and your emotional state.
Use scientifically validated HeartMath techniques to guide you to a state of higher Coherence.
Real-time Coherence feedback confirms when you’ve made the shift and trains you to sustain it.
HRV & Coherence
Using a pulse sensor plugged into your emWave2 collects pulse data and translates coherence information into light patterns and user–friendly graphics displayed on your computer screen. emWave2 helps you create a coherent state through coherence techniques, interactive exercises and games, building resilience, increasing energy, and promoting focus, mental clarity and emotional balance. Coherence is an optimal physiological state shown to prevent and reduce stress, increase resilience, and promote emotional wellbeing. Coherence is measured through Heart Rate Variability (HRV) – a unique window into the quality of communication between the heart and brain which directly impacts how we feel and perform.
